Oliver! no info.png

Knox Presbyterian Church
132 Argyle St. North. Cambridge, ON.

The streets of Victorian England come to life as Oliver, a malnourished orphan in a workhouse, becomes the neglected apprentice of an undertaker. Oliver escapes to London and finds acceptance amongst a group of petty thieves and pickpockets led by the elderly Fagin. When Oliver is captured for a theft that he did not commit, the benevolent victim, Mr. Brownlow takes him in. Fearing the safety of his hideout, Fagin employs the sinister Bill Sikes and the sympathetic Nancy to kidnap him back, threatening Oliver’s chances of discovering the true love of a family.

* OLIVER! is licensed with permission through Music Theatre International (MTI Shows).

Please prepare a song in the style of Golden-era Broadway (musicals predating the 1970s.)
You may also be asked to do a cold reading from the script.
All auditionees will be asked to complete a short, simple dance segment lead by our choreographer.

We ask that all auditionees please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled audition time to fill out the necessary paperwork.
As a courtesy to the creative team, if you are unable to attend your scheduled audition or must reschedule to a different date, please contact at least 12 hours before your scheduled audition slot.
