LOVE NEVER DIES.
In the remote wilderness of Northern Canada, St. Camillus Consumption Sanitarium stands as a crumbling monument to faith, fear, and forgotten lives. Here, modern medicine is cast aside in favour of penitence, prayer, and punishing isolation. Margaret Sanderson, a young Métis nurse with a shadowed past, tends quietly to the dying — and to the ghosts that linger just beyond the veil. But when Cornelius McIntyre, a sharp-tongued Irish immigrant, arrives at the sanitarium barely clinging to life, strange things begin to stir. Twisted apparitions, whispered voices, and shared visions bind the two together as they unearth a dark thread that ties their lives to the sins of the past. Just as Margaret begins to believe she may not be mad — or alone — Cornelius dies.
A gothic mystery woven with Indigenous identity, grief, and the supernatural, White Plague is a chilling meditation on memory, belief, and the price of silence.
