Step back in time and walk the lantern-lit streets of Westfield Heritage Village as Charles Dickens’ beloved holiday tale comes to life all around you. From the excitement of Fezziwig’s festive party to the chilling visit of Jacob Marley’s ghost, you’ll follow Ebenezer Scrooge through candlelit homes and snowy lanes—meeting the characters and witnessing the scenes that have inspired audiences for nearly 200 years!

This immersive adaptation invites you to be part of the story: sing carols with Victorian townsfolk and help spread the spirit of Christmas past, present, and yet to come. It’s a magical, memory-making experience for the whole family.


RECOMMENDED AUDIENCE: All ages! 

NOTE:
A CHRISTMAS CAROL is an outdoor production. Patrons may be required to travel uneven terrain or steep hills.

WHAT IS THE RUNNING TIME OF A CHRISTMAS CAROL? 
A CHRISTMAS CAROL runs approximately 90 minutes. 

WHERE DO I PARK? 

​Free on-site parking is available at Westfield Heritage Village. 
 

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR? 
Due to capacity limitations, tickets must be purchased ahead of time. No tickets will be available for purchase at the door. 

WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE? 
To be determined. 

WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN? 
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE? 
Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of Front of House staff and may be required to wait for an appropriate break in the performance. 

IS WESTFIELD HERITAGE VILLAGE ACCESSIBLE? 
Accessibility may vary depending on the route and terrain. Please contact us in advance with any accessibility questions or accommodation requests.

DOES THIS EVENT TAKE PLACE OUTDOORS? 
Yes. The tour takes place primarily outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.​

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DURING THE PERFORMANCE? 
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted during the performance unless otherwise announced.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS? 
No. Printed tickets are not required. You may present your ticket on your mobile device or provide your name at the box office.

DOES PENNY & POUND OFFER REFUNDS? 
Unless in the case of a cancelled performance, Penny & Pound Theatre does not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend a performance, contact pennyandpoundtheatre@gmail.com as you may be eligible for company credit.
