SHOW INFORMATION

Penny & Pound Theatre is thrilled to be the Canadian premiere of Barry Manilow and Bruce Sussman’s musical masterpiece! Inspired by a remarkable true story, Harmony is a powerful and moving celebration of music, friendship, and the resilience of the human spirit. Set in 1920s Germany, this sweeping musical follows the Comedian Harmonists, a group of six talented young men whose voices captured the hearts of millions before being threatened by the rise of hatred and intolerance around them. Featuring a soaring score and a story of hope, love, and courage, Harmony explores the extraordinary bonds that unite us—and the devastating cost when those bonds are torn apart.
